How to Update the App
We regularly release updates to improve your shopping experience and keep your app secure. Here's how to stay up to date.
Automatic Updates (Recommended)
When automatic updates are enabled, your app updates itself in the background — no action needed.
iOS:
Open the App Store
Tap your profile icon in the top right
Scroll to the Automatic Downloads section and ensure it is turned on
Android:
Open the Google Play Store
Tap your profile icon → Settings → Network preferences → Auto-update apps
Select Automatically update apps
Manual Updates
If you prefer to update manually, you can find the latest version of the OTTO app at:
Simply visit the respective store and tap Update when an update is available.
Why Updates Matter
Updates include important security fixes and new features. In compliance with applicable regulations, we provide all updates free of charge.
Support Period
We support the OTTO app — OTTO – Online Shopping & Möbel — indefinitely.
